Most Shocking Service

I have been trying to contact KC by electronic mail to sort out the breeder re registering my dog as a 'domestic dog', breeder incorrectly stated him as a girl. Later on two and a one-half months of inaction past the breeder and no replies from the KC they take at present started returning ny email directing me to their website which gives no point of contact. I tried calling them today and was on agree for 1hr 20mins until I gave up. 'Shocking service'.

I tried phoning them yesterday at midday and the automated telephone service kept me on hold for two hours straight and and then cut off. How is this business organisation able to exist with such appalling communications? Its a laughing stock. The website is non whatever ameliorate and it does not proceed track of my applications, registrations or purchases.(despite the website saying information technology does) so its impossible to rails progress there either. What an absolutely icky shambles of an arrangement.

And dont believe the responses to bad reviews hither as the 'new help centre' is a waste of space as well and does not solve the problem of at that place being no humans there to really choice up a telephone inside a reasonable time frame and have a sensible conversation with. The new help heart provides no customer service electronic mail address or phone number that gets picked up. Perhaps they should divert resources from the team that responds to bad reviews on trust pilot and employ them to selection up the telephone and answer it. For that would be a much better employ of their time rather than shutting the gate after the horse has bolted. I cannot see an acceptable response here to anyones complaints. No bodily commitment to taking activity and improving bodily customer service. It's but too easy to hide behind a website that does not work.


Very Disappointing Client Service

In Jan I paid for a transfer of ownership, enhanced 5 generation full-blooded and single breed supplement, the full price was £50. The coin was taken out of my account immediately. Only the transfer of ownership certificate was received 28 days later. Several e mails and many attempts to get an reply via the phone accept proved to be unsuccessful. Firstly, the money should non have been taken until the documents were dispatched. On the advice of Citizen's Advice Bureau, I wrote to the Kennel Guild at the start of March in an endeavour to get a response. I tin see that they take been addressing some of the negative reviews on Trust Pilot, referring people to their customer complaint handling folio. It is stated there that they aim to acknowledge complaints inside 5 working days. I all the same accept not received an acknowledgement or any response from them to date. As the amount was less than £100, I cannot raise a Section 75, so I have had to submit a charge dorsum request to my card provider to recover the cost of the documents non received. But anyone because this must do so within 90 days of the purchase. Very disappointed with the Kennel Lodge, and their extremely inadequate Client Services

Admittedly appalling. I cannot get in bear upon with them and I've been trying since November 2021. They were quick to take my money, only not quick enough to reply to my constant emails and calls. My terminal attempt I was on hold for 35 minutes!

I too had problems with the Kennel Club…

I too had problems with the Kennel Lodge registering my rescued Aureate Cocker Spaniel to my proper name, yes they took my money, paid information technology into their business relationship and I received or heard nix for vi months until ii weeks ago when I sat down and studied their procedures in their website carefully. Yes, everything that yous want to know is clearly stated, plus all the necessary forms for you to fill in with prices. I did it and low and behold it has worked perfectly, my enhanced five generation full-blooded and registration arrived last Fri, but over a week from ordering. Try it !!!. And they have refunded my original payment

Phones not answered, emails ignored

After 1hour and 44mins waiting on the telephone today I was nonetheless unable to speak to anyone at the kennel club. I have previously tried to phone them twice, property each time for over 30mins before giving upwardly. all the same waiting for my pedigree papers today was day 28 i have tried to phone several times. i tin spend hours waiting to not go hold of no one an get cut off. simply want to frontwards the pedigree papers to the owners now. set up a electronic mail service or live chat or rent more staff wasn't like this ii years ago!

The Kennel Club announced on 5th March 2022 via Facebook that they would not permit registrations of imports from Russian federation or Belarus to show they "condemn the invasion of Ukraine"

This decision does not assist the people of Ukraine, information technology But affects the UK exhibitors and breeders who chose to import from Russia or Republic of belarus prior to the war outbreak. Importing a dog costs thousands of pounds, money well invested when it is to help aggrandize gene pools and in some cases help increment the population of vulnerable breeds. The Kennel Club take rejected all reasonable arguments and refuse to register these pedigree dogs for the sole reason of the land they originate from. DOGS ARE STATELESS. DOGS ARE Free FROM POLOTICS.

Whilst we empathise the issues some individuals are facing regarding imports of puppies and dogs from Russia and Republic of belarus, The Kennel Club has carefully considered its position and the Lath has directed that information technology must show its support to the people and animals of Ukraine, who are fearing for their lives.

The Kennel Order's public statement dated 4th March (link beneath) confirms that until further notice the Kennel Club will non accept applications for Authorization to Compete or Imports from Russia and Belarus.

The Kennel Club, of course, regrets that its suspension of applications for ATCs and imports for dogs from Russian federation and Belarus will touch on diligent breeders in the Great britain, who have imported dogs from this region prior to this declaration beingness made - but we must show our solidarity to the people of Ukraine. The Kennel Club acknowledge that this is a war driven past the leaders of the country and non the people, all the same our decision stands for now and the foreseeable hereafter.

Unfortunately, we do not know how long this conflict will continue – we are notwithstanding listening and logging this feedback. The Kennel Club'southward position will be kept under regular review, in line with news from Ukraine and Government statements.

My pressure is rising and my…

My blood pressure is rising and my frustration is across belief. All I desire to exercise is annals my litter. The PDF class cannot be filled in online and they haven't got my female dog registered under my name even though she is! What on earth is wrong with these people? six months and still no paperwork

Applied Oct 21 for alter of ownership and notwithstanding haven't received paperwork. Emailed several times and received no answer, have phoned several times and spent hours on hold awaiting someone to answer. Disgraceful treatment, very quick to take the monies. Client service is shocking.

Started litter registration in August 2021 now March 2022 still no further on. On hold for hours and no one answers, months to reply to emails. Does anyone actually work there?

I bought tickets for Crufts 2020 and paid extra for tickets for the obedience band. Of course Covid had other ideas and we did not nourish due to the fact information technology would have been reckless to, under the circumstances and peculiarly equally we had literally just returned back from Italy - we did not desire to take a chance passing anything on and spreading the affliction. Do Not PAY MONEY TO THIS ORGANISATION... unless you are prepared to wait months or even years for any grade of service.
We purchased our pedigree puppy in July 2020 at which time the breeder sent the necessary registration documents to the Kennel Club. The lady concerned made a postal, rather than on-line application, but every bit I understand it the KC were very quick to cash her check, just then we heard nothing for months.
Eventually nosotros received a Form 6 to allow united states of america to register the animal in our name, unfortunately there was a 'typo' in our puppy'southward name, (the dog is called FERGUS, simply KC take recorded his proper name as FERCUS). In that location so followed the well documented email, letter and unanswered telephone calls saga, which so many KC customers take had to endure.
Months subsequently we received an east-mail from the KC inviting us to complete a change of name form and pay the required fee of £30, this being on top of the fee to register him in our name. I responded request the sender of the email to phone me, thinking this would resolve the trouble fairly swiftly. That was the 18th November last year since when, you've guessed it, we accept heard absolutely nothing! The net result is we have a beautiful full-blooded Border Terrier, which every bit far as the rest of the world is concerned is little other than a mongrel and unsuitable for breeding and all because the Kennel Club are WORSE THAN USELESS. Compared with many customers I estimate we are more than fortunate in that nosotros have not paid them a penny, only withal remain frustrated by their inaction. This whole pitiful affair has now proceed for 19 months, and still no end in sight.
It's high time this arrangement was wound up and replaced with one which provides a decent and timely service to its customers.
Incidentally the private at the KC who sent me the electronic mail rejoices in the championship of Customer Experience Director. I think information technology's fair to say my client feel has been **** poor. 🤬
